    frequently asked Questions

What can I write on the mat?

You can write a first name, a sweet word, or a date (like a birth, a wedding).

Where will the customization be placed on the mat?

It is generally embroidered or printed at the bottom right of the rug, so as not to distract from the practice of prayer.

Can the text be in Arabic?

Yes, you can write it in Arabic. Make sure to double-check your spelling before submitting.

Can I send the item directly to the person I am giving it to, without an invoice and anonymously?

Yes, absolutely! You can have the rug delivered directly to the person of your choice. No invoice will be included in the package, and we won't include your name unless you want to add it to a personalized message. Simply provide the recipient's address when ordering.

I need my order urgently, is this possible?

Yes, of course! We thought of you.

If you are pressed for time (last-minute guest gifts, upcoming event, etc.), you can select our “Express Preparation” option for €9.99 directly on the product page or in your basket.

💨 With this option, your order will be processed as a priority and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, instead of the standard 7 business days.
